Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per room and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

For every additional person we charge 10% less per night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, TV, electricity and heating, (in some rooms) hairdryer, the room will be cleaned daily

As of 01.01.2014 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 1,00 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.

 

Discounts for children:

  • Children up to 5 years price negociable.
  • Children from 5-6 years pay only 50%.
  • Children from 7-8 years are charged 40% less.
  • Children from 9-10 years are charged 35% less.
  • Children from 11-12 years are charged 30% less.
  • Children from 13-14 years are charged 25% less.
  • Bed for children available free of charge upon request.

 

Pets

For your four-legged family member: on request (price also on request)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

 

Additional charges and terms of payment

We welcome written reservations via fax.
For stays of less than 4 days: price on request
If in the winter you wish to book “bed & breakfast”, please contact us by phone to arrange a price.

Payment: Please pay cash on site.

 

Arrival and departure

Arrival: The rooms are generally ready for you in the morning. The exact hour may vary, however, depending on how late the guests leave their room.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your room not later than 9 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

 

Cancellation

We ask for your understanding that in case of last-minute cancellations a withdrawal fee applies, as we often cannot book the room for other guests.
In case of early departure we will charge al least 60% of the total price.
